When I pick up a camera, I have the power to imagine, create, and capture moments, time, people, and emotions.  With a turn of a wheel and a click, beauty and genuine feelings – whether of surprise, angst, happiness, or sheer delight – are imprinted.  To see those moments unfold, both in front of my eyes and behind the camera, makes me smile; to share that joy with others makes it even more worth while.
